Our Story
The T3 Foundation Corp. was created from a simple conversation and a shared desire to support the people who make hospitality communities thrive.
Following the challenges of COVID-19, the owners of SoNapa Grille saw firsthand the impact that uncertainty and hardship had on their employees and the hospitality industry. While discussing ways to provide meaningful support to their team members during difficult times, the idea for The T3 Foundation was born.
The name T3 comes from the phrase that represents the spirit of SoNapa Grille: Taste-Toast-Together. It reflects the belief that shared experiences bring people together and that strong communities are built through connection, compassion, and support.
While founded by the owners of SoNapa Grille, The T3 Foundation Corp. operates as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. What began as a commitment to support the SoNapa Grille team grew into a broader mission to help hospitality professionals throughout the communities we serve.
Our Commitment to the Community
The Foundation is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors who contribute their time, expertise, and leadership in support of our mission. Our Board members serve without compensation and are dedicated to responsible stewardship, thoughtful decision-making, and maximizing the impact of every contribution received.
Each request for assistance is reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the hardship, supporting documentation, and available Foundation resources.
